Role Overview

In this position, you will report to the Head of Commercial Enablement for Asia-Pacific and contribute to regional revenue growth, go-to-market execution, and long-term strategic planning for the Enterprise business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study merchant transaction patterns, card scheme performance such as Visa and Mastercard, and risk indicators to uncover insights that improve approval rates, reduce fraud-related losses, and support business expansion across APAC clients in multiple markets.
  • Examine payment economics, including interchange, scheme fees, and processing costs, to spot margin leakage and suggest pricing changes or routing improvements.
  • Work with the global Pricing team to create, launch, and refine pricing approaches for the core payment gateway, acquiring solutions, and SaaS offerings, including scalable models such as Interchange++, Blended, and Flat-rate across existing and new markets.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team on complex regional commercial deals by developing tailored ROI models and pricing proposals for large merchants while safeguarding margins.
  • Support the APAC commercial team with analysis of market and industry opportunities, pipeline performance, client transaction data, scheme results, and operational or risk metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or a similar function within fintech, along with solid knowledge of scheme interchange and related fees.
  • Demonstrated strength in analysis, financial modelling, data interpretation, and market research.
  • Clear strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business impact.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, including the capacity to influence stakeholders and work well across functions.
  • Prior experience in a global or multi-regional setting is preferred.
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
