Role Overview
Join Cleveland Clinic’s care-focused environment as a Data Analyst supporting the Center for Connected Care. In this role, you will act as an embedded analytics partner for six business lines, using data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence to support growth, expansion, and day-to-day operational decisions.
You will work with large and complex datasets, turn them into practical insights, and help leaders make informed decisions. The position involves extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data, as well as building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visual tools. You will also work closely with operational and business stakeholders as a reliable analytics advisor.
Work Schedule
This position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Key Duties
- Support assigned departments and leaders by gathering information from multiple systems.
- Maintain clear documentation and in-depth knowledge of the databases used within the department.
- Review database information and respond promptly to customer data requests.
- Assist with database research and help other analysts complete assigned requests.
- Carry out data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
- Develop, update, and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Track performance indicators, spot trends, and translate findings into useful business recommendations.
- Support operational planning and strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or one of the accepted educational and experience combinations: a high school diploma with 7 years of experience, an associate degree with 5 years of experience, or a master’s degree with 1 year of experience. In addition, 3 years of professional analytical experience is required, along with experience using several software tools such as Microsoft Office, SQL, Visual Basic, and similar applications.
Preferred Background
Healthcare experience is preferred for this role.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $43,200 to $65,880. Final pay will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, and work history, and may also be affected by applicable pay practices such as shift differentials or overtime. The compensation range shown does not include the value of the benefits package.
