Role overview

The Dairy Technologist will support manufacturing improvement activities by identifying issues, applying preventive actions, and tracking results to strengthen product quality and process performance.

Key duties

• Manage and respond to product and consumer complaints.
• Examine quality-related issues and put corrective measures in place.
• Perform GMP audits across the plant.
• Carry out audits focused on phage prevention.
• Deliver quality briefings to newly joined employees.

Requirements

• A diploma qualification is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a dairy manufacturing plant is needed.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
• Applicants should have good spoken English, leadership ability, and the capacity to work effectively in a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
