Job Overview

This role is for a Customer Support Agent with a focus on collections. The position is based on-site in Ako Adjei La Road, Accra.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and support requests.
• Follow up on and manage payment collection activities.
• Deliver courteous and effective service to customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Good technical ability or strong communication skills, depending on the duties assigned.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Must demonstrate a professional, dependable approach to work.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Applicant must live around Labadi or nearby areas.

Compensation

The monthly salary is GHC 1,800 to GHC 2,000.
