About the role
This role is for a careful and service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers across phone, email, and chat channels. You will act as the first point of contact for customer questions, technical concerns, and service requests, making sure each interaction is handled professionally and positively. The position suits someone who communicates well, stays calm in a busy environment, and is eager to improve customer experiences through empathy and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer questions quickly and professionally through phone, email, or chat while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Investigate customer concerns and provide clear answers, practical solutions, and timely issue resolution.
- Record customer conversations and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Check back with customers to confirm their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Work with teammates and other departments to address complicated cases and strengthen service quality.
- Follow company procedures, policies, and quality expectations to ensure consistent support delivery.
- Take part in regular training to stay current on products, processes, and customer service methods.
- Help build a constructive team culture by exchanging feedback and useful best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage several tasks at once in an organized way.
- Previous exposure to customer service or a related role is helpful but not required, as training will be provided.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, along with patience and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools would be an advantage.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
