Customer Service Representative / Scheduler

Role Overview

Accredited Labs is hiring a proactive and highly organized Field Service/Sales Coordinator to support a nationwide calibration operation. This is a demanding, fast-moving position where priorities can shift quickly, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable adapting on the fly and staying composed under pressure. Strong customer service experience, excellent phone etiquette, and solid computer and organizational abilities are essential.

This role involves frequent phone contact with customers and vendors, so candidates who are uncomfortable speaking on the phone may not be a fit. Professional, timely, and businesslike communication is a core part of the job. Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Key Duties

• Build and maintain technician schedules for weekly, monthly, and yearly calibration visits.
• Call customers to arrange calibration appointments.
• Spot possible scheduling conflicts or service issues before they escalate.
• Keep customers and technicians informed about any schedule adjustments.
• Prepare job orders for calibration work.
• Handle quote preparation and process new service requests.
• Support product sales and perform basic administrative office tasks.
