Role Overview
This position focuses on delivering a positive in-store experience for shoppers. The associate will support customers throughout their visit, share product information, and help them choose items that match their needs. The role also involves resolving routine service concerns and contributing to store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer courteous and efficient support so customers have a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
- Stay well informed about products to answer questions and guide customers toward the right selections.
- Interact with shoppers to understand what they are looking for and suggest appropriate products or solutions.
- Manage complaints, returns, and exchanges in a calm and professional manner.
- Work closely with the store team to help meet sales objectives and service standards.
- Follow store rules and ensure retail operations align with company expectations.
Work Schedule
The role follows a 6-day working week. One weekly off will be provided between Monday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday are working days.
Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification required is 10+2.
