About the role

This position sits within Google’s Trust & Safety organization, focused on strengthening the safety and integrity of products at scale. The team works across Google services such as Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads to detect abuse, reduce fraud, and protect users and partners. The work is highly cross-functional, involving collaboration with engineers and product managers, and requires a global mindset, quick decision-making, and a strong commitment to user trust.

The Creator Experience team within Trust & Safety is dedicated to making YouTube policy experiences clearer, more consistent, and easier for creators to navigate. The team supports the creator ecosystem by improving policy communication, refining appeal and demonetization processes, accelerating turnaround times, and helping policy launches feel more seamless. It also helps shape advertiser-friendly content rules so they are practical, understandable, and aligned with the realities of the creator economy.

Pay is determined based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For Ireland, the compensation range is €84,000 to €86,500 annually, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
