Role overview
This position supports a Haystack partner and focuses on keeping website content accurate, well-structured, and effective. The role combines CMS execution, quality control, and coordination with other teams to improve the overall content experience.
What you'll do
- Handle day-to-day website content updates and publishing through the CMS.
- Oversee the MAPSS approval workflow for web content.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to shape and coordinate content plans.
- Review content quality against web standards, including structure, readability, accessibility, and SEO/AEO best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance and recommend ongoing optimizations.
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a similar discipline.
- Working knowledge of websites, CMS tools, and core digital content principles.
- Strong focus on detail and the discipline to work within process and compliance guidelines.
