Content Review Executive

Role Overview

The Content Review Executive position focuses on moderating and evaluating user-generated material within a trust and safety environment. The role supports non-voice operations and helps ensure that content published on the platform follows defined standards and compliance rules.

Core Responsibilities

You will review content carefully, identify policy breaches, and take appropriate action based on operational guidelines. The position also involves flagging high-risk items, maintaining review quality, and contributing to overall content safety and compliance.

Work Scope

• Assess user-submitted content and determine whether it meets platform requirements.
• Apply policy rules consistently while handling moderation and review tasks.
• Spot violations, unsafe material, and other content that needs escalation.
• Support quality control by keeping reviews accurate and aligned with standards.
• Handle back-office and non-voice operational tasks related to content safety.
• Assist in trust and safety workflows, including risk identification and compliance checks.

Required Background

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in content moderation, content review, trust and safety, quality review, back-office operations, social media review, or risk-related operations. Strong analytical ability, careful attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret policies correctly are essential. Good written communication skills are also needed for this role.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to any graduate.

Compensation

The role offers an annual package in the range of INR 5,00,000 to INR 6,00,000.
