Overview

This role is for a remote contractor focused on video annotation and moderation-related labeling work. The assignment involves reviewing short video clips, spotting repeating events, and marking them accurately according to project rules.

Compensation & Commitment

Pay is set at $65 to $80 per hour. The engagement is remote and contract-based, with an expected workload of 10 to 40 hours each week.

Location

Applicants must be based in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

Key Work

Detect repeated events in short video clips and divide them according to the project instructions.
Record precise start and end timestamps for every event identified.
Write short, accurate, and consistent descriptions for each annotation.
Keep submissions aligned with the required quality and consistency benchmarks.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to confirm instructions and resolve unclear cases.
Check your own work and update annotations as project guidance changes.

Requirements

Strong English fluency at a native or near-native level, both spoken and written.
Prior experience in video annotation, moderation, writing, video editing, videography, or a closely related field.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy in labeling.
Ability to work with detailed annotation rules and adapt quickly when feedback is provided.
Experience with AI data work or machine learning annotation projects is an advantage.
