Role and impact
In this position, you will plan and produce content that grabs attention, builds trust, and expands reach. You will think in hooks, formats, and storylines, spot trends early, and turn them into content yourself from the initial concept all the way to filming. The role comes with real responsibility and ownership from day one.
Content creation and production
- Plan and produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create hooks, scripts, and storylines for content pieces.
- Take an active role in filming and shoots, including appearing on camera when needed.
- Develop fresh content ideas and new formats.
Strategy and growth
- Research trends and analyze platform performance.
- Contribute to viral campaigns and recurring content series.
- Help build content systems that can scale efficiently.
- Work closely with the editing team, social media team, and leadership.
Work location
This role is based on-site at the office in Mannheim / Hockenheim.

- Experience creating short-form content; personal reels, TikToks, or projects are counted alongside professional experience.

- Strategic thinking: you understand why content works, not just how to make it.
- A self-driven, creative, and execution-focused working style.
- Ideally, initial experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar software.
