Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site operations role based in Pasir Panjang, Singapore. The position focuses on container handling and lashing work at the wharfside, with training provided for candidates who do not already have relevant experience.
Key Duties
- Carry out conning and de-conning of twist locks on containers at the wharfside.
- Handle twist-lock lashing gear and use the equipment in a careful, efficient, and safe manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures at all times.
- Comply with all safety rules and operational requirements in the work area.
- Take on other assigned tasks as needed.
Working Arrangement
This role requires 12-hour shift work and a minimum commitment of 22 working days each month.
Eligibility
Applicants must be Singaporean and should have at least PSLE education with English passed. Prior experience is not required, as training will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
The package includes basic pay, overtime, meal support, shift allowance, incentive pay, additional allowances, and transport support.
