Composite and Structural Fabrication Technician (m/f/d)

Role overview

Join a yacht manufacturing team in Wangen im Allgäu, Baden-Württemberg, where you will work with carbon fiber and structural components for boats and yachts.

What you will do

• Transform carbon fiber into durable, high-strength parts.
• Produce a range of large and small yacht components together with the team.
• Carry out sanding, bonding, and laminating work based on technical build instructions.
• Create molds, build hulls and decks, and use production techniques such as vacuum infusion.

What you should bring

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a boat builder and already gained practical experience.
• As an alternative, a skilled craft background is acceptable, especially if you have experience as a model maker.
• Career changers with strong practical talent are also welcome.
• You have a solid technical and logical mindset.
• You know how to use hand tools safely and effectively.
• You speak German well.
• You work reliably, carefully, precisely, and enjoy collaborating with others.
