What the Role Involves
Working under the supervision of the store management team, you will handle web orders placed through the company’s online store. The role requires speed, professionalism, and close coordination with related teams.
- Print incoming orders.
- Read and reply to emails from teams involved in web order processing.
- Locate, collect, and prepare ordered products by removing hangers, checking each item for quality and cleanliness, taking off security devices, applying protective tags when needed, and removing sale tags when required.
- Order missing products and then verify, pack, and ship orders using the internal computer system; training will be provided.
- Receive and confirm products sent from other stores to complete orders.
- Prepare the weekly supplies order.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments; guidance will be provided.
- Take on other related tasks to support the team as needed.

Employment Details
This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite in Hawkesbury, Ontario, Canada. The hourly pay is between 18.06 and 19.20.
