Role overview
This position is part of the Client Support Administration team and works closely with the wider Commercial Development function. The role focuses on providing administrative and customer support around the approval, application, and licensing processes for training providers and trainers, as well as IOSH for Business setup. It also supports sales teams with Tailored Course Approvals and Instructional Design agreements.
The work is varied and will suit someone who enjoys managing several tasks at once. You will handle customer questions related to IOSH procedures, criteria, and training products, while ensuring every response is accurate, timely, and professionally delivered. The role also involves helping to resolve issues connected with digital workbooks and certification platforms.

Working arrangement
This is a hybrid role based at IOSH's head office in Wigston, Leicester. You will need to work from the office at least 2 days each week, with the remaining time worked from home. The role is 35 hours per week.
Pay and employment details
Salary: £23,510 per year.
The successful candidate must already have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
