As the business expands, it is looking for a Client Service & Operations Coordinator to help manage client relationships and support daily operations.

Client Service

  • Serve as the primary contact for client questions and requests.
  • Arrange meetings and keep calendars organized.
  • Handle client onboarding coordination and follow-up tasks.
  • Communicate professionally through email, phone, and messaging tools.
  • Help clients with portal access and account-related support.

Operations and Administration

  • Keep client files and records accurate and up to date.
