Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Jaipur is centered on keeping guest rooms and shared areas neat, organized, and guest-ready. The role also involves making sure fresh linens and towels are available, responding to guest requests in a professional way, and supporting the overall upkeep of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and organize guest rooms along with common areas to maintain a high standard of presentation.
- Wash and handle linens and towels so they remain fresh and ready for use.
- Respond to guest requirements promptly and courteously.
- Restock room amenities and supplies whenever needed.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns to the relevant team.
- Follow all hygiene, cleanliness, and safety guidelines during daily work.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in housekeeping and room cleaning with a focus on quality and order.
- Working knowledge of laundry tasks for managing linens properly.
- Strong verbal communication for coordination with team members and guests.
