The organization works on project delivery for industrial construction, contracting, and interior-focused assignments.
Role Overview
This position is for a Civil Site Engineer who can handle end-to-end site execution and support projects across PAN India. The role is suited to candidates who can manage on-site activity, coordinate resources, and maintain quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complete site operations from start to finish.
- Review shop drawings and conduct site inspections and surveys.
- Plan and coordinate materials, labor, and other site resources.
- Drive project execution while tracking progress and preparing updates.
- Coordinate with clients and support smooth project handover.
- Maintain safety practices and ensure work follows required standards.
Required Skills
The role requires working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office, along with basic English and professional communication skills. Familiarity with project management software will be considered an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be self-driven, attentive to detail, and open to deployment anywhere in India.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual compensation can go up to 6 LPA. Additional benefits include mediclaim, travel allowance, and food allowance.
Terms and Conditions
Freshers will be required to serve a 2-year employment bond.
The interview will take place at the corporate office in Pune. Travel reimbursement and one day of accommodation will be provided for the interview visit.
Education and Experience
Candidates should have a B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience of 0 to 4 years is preferred, especially in industrial construction, contracting, or interior project environments.
