About the company
This role sits inside a newly forming AI-led hospitality venture that is beginning with hotel management. The CEO will work hands-on in the market with design partners to shape the business from the ground up. The company is supported by highly regarded, top-tier investors.
The opportunity is for a hospitality operator who can build and run a company end to end: convert the thesis into a customer-facing product, assemble the early team, establish the commercial structure, land the first repeatable wins, and help drive the next round of fundraising. The CEO will work closely with the Executive Chairman, who will bring industry relationships while the CEO leads day-to-day execution.
What you'll do
- Translate the core thesis into a product together with design partners.
- Secure the initial customers and take ownership of those relationships; the Chairman may open doors, but you will convert those opportunities and manage them forward.
- Hire and guide the first wave of operational and technical leaders.
- Define pricing, packaging, and the path to recurring revenue.
- Drive software and AI product development, either directly or through the team you build.
- Own the fundraising story and lead preparation for the next financing round.
What you bring
- At least 7 years of experience in hospitality, specifically hotels.
- Background running hotels, a business unit, a profit and loss center, or a significant functional area.
- Practical understanding of hospitality challenges and a well-formed view on where the industry is headed.
- The initiative and judgment needed to turn that perspective into a working product and business.
- Ability to sell early in a consultative, relationship-driven way.
- Strong commercial judgment around pricing and building durable revenue.
- Exposure to AI is preferred but not mandatory.
