Role Overview
Dalata Hotel Group is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team in Sligo. Main Duties
As a Chef de Partie, you will help keep the kitchen running smoothly and maintain the quality expected across the hotel.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Work closely with departmental leaders to monitor food quality and hygiene standards
- Maintain the company’s standards for speed, consistency, and excellence in food preparation
- Follow HACCP rules and food safety procedures at all times
- Assist the wider kitchen team in keeping hygiene standards strong during preparation and storage of food
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will bring hospitality kitchen experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay effective in a busy environment.
- Prior experience in hotels or a comparable kitchen role
- Strong interest in food and cooking
- Professional, friendly approach with guests and colleagues
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Able to remain composed and productive under pressure
- Solid understanding of HACCP practices and compliance requirements
