Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious early-career sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the EMEA Business Development team. As an early hire on the team, you will help shape the outbound sales approach, contribute to product feedback, and support revenue growth while building your career in sales.
The position focuses on prospecting and qualifying new mid-market customers across the EMEA region. It is a chance to influence sales processes, support pipeline creation for the Account Executive team, and grow within a company that encourages internal progression.
What You Will Do
- Develop a strong understanding of the product and its competitive positioning.
- Plan and run outbound campaigns using tailored, multi-channel outreach for your assigned market.
- Work closely with the marketing team on regional campaign efforts.
- Use effective sales methods to reach and engage new accounts.
- Keep CRM records complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Contribute to playbooks and help define the team’s outbound sales motion.
- Take ownership of pipeline-generation tactics and strategic outreach approaches.
- Build deep product knowledge in preparation for an Account Executive path, including learning how to deliver persona-specific demos.

Compensation and Benefits
The company offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Pay is determined by several factors, including location, role scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise. The estimated on-target earnings for this position, including base pay and incentive compensation, is €70,000 per year.
