About the company
The organisation behind this role is building a collaborative AI workspace designed to bring projects, knowledge, meetings, and AI tools together in one environment. The aim is to help teams work with greater speed, clarity, and less fragmentation. Its platform is used by millions of individuals, small teams, and large enterprises.
Employees are encouraged to act as the first and most important users of the product, with a strong focus on craft, durable solutions, and the belief that effective work remains deeply human. The broader mission is to help define how people collaborate in the AI era and to reduce busy work so customers can focus more time on meaningful work.
About the role
This is an opportunity for an early-career sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the EMEA business development function. As an early hire on the team, you will help shape the outbound sales approach, contribute feedback that influences the product, and support revenue growth.
The role is centered on outbound prospecting and qualification of mid-market accounts across the EMEA region. It is suited to someone who brings ambition, strategic thinking, and a strong drive to help build pipeline for the account executive team while contributing to the development of sales processes and playbooks.
What you will do
- Build a deep understanding of the product and the competitive market around it.
- Plan and run outbound campaigns using personalised, multi-channel outreach tailored to your market.
- Work closely with the marketing team on regional campaign efforts.
- Use proven sales methods to approach and engage net-new accounts.
- Keep CRM records complete, current, and accurate.
- Contribute to the creation of sales playbooks and help define the outbound motion.
- Take responsibility for pipeline generation strategies and execution.
- Develop toward an account executive path, including learning how to deliver demos customised to different buyer personas.
What we are looking for
- Strong English fluency.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-moving startup setting.
- Confidence working across functions and collaborating with different teams.
- A competitive drive balanced with a team-first attitude.
- Prior experience in account executive, sales development, or business development roles.
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft relevant customer narratives.
- A positive, adaptable mindset with willingness to learn from setbacks and work through ambiguity.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Total estimated on-target earnings, including base pay and incentive compensation, are €70,000 per year. Final pay may vary depending on location, scope of the role, and the candidate’s experience and expertise.
Additional information
Submitting an application means you acknowledge and agree that the company and its affiliates may collect and process your information in line with its Global Recruiting Privacy Policy.
AI mindset
You are not expected to have deep AI expertise for every role. However, curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and comfort using AI as a practical collaborator are strongly valued. In roles where AI fluency is essential, that requirement will be stated clearly. People who thrive here use AI to think better and to make their work easier to build on.
Equal opportunity and accommodations
The employer welcomes people from a wide range of backgrounds and encourages applications even if every requirement is not met. Hiring decisions are made without unlawful discrimination and qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records may be considered where permitted by law.
Reasonable accommodations are available during the hiring process for candidates who need them, including applicants with disabilities and disabled veterans. If support is needed, candidates should inform the recruiter.
The company also states that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, pregnancy, marital status, ancestry, disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other legally protected characteristics.
