Role summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can handle the complete sales journey, from first outreach through to closing deals. The role calls for someone who is comfortable creating new client connections, nurturing long-term relationships, and supporting revenue growth through disciplined sales execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with prospective customers.
- Stay in regular contact with existing clients to support retention and ongoing business.
- Oversee and maintain the sales pipeline effectively.
- Study the market and identify ways to create a stronger competitive position.
- Monitor performance metrics and work toward meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce-related studies, such as BBA or B.Com, is required.
- Prior exposure to the complete sales cycle, including deal closure, is preferred.
- A track record of successful sales performance will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation ability is needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are expected.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
- Knowledge of Tally accounting software is preferred.
