About the Role
Our client is a full-service communications agency based in Singapore, delivering online and hybrid events, marketing campaigns, video production, and event technology solutions for well-known brands across transport, tourism, healthcare, technology, and other sectors.
They are seeking a Business Development Executive to help expand the agency’s presence across its business lines. This position is an individual contributor role, and you will work closely with the Managing Director to generate new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial pitching through to deal closure.
- Identify and pursue fresh business prospects across the agency’s offerings.
- Prepare client-focused proposals that clearly communicate the agency’s services and value.
- Attend client meetings and networking events as the agency representative.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and monitor performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development.
- Ability to speak Chinese fluently for communication with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Prior experience in an events or advertising agency environment.
- Background in selling services rather than only physical products.
- Working knowledge of event production and agency workflows.
- Strong confidence in presenting ideas and nurturing client relationships.
