Role overview
Synkoc IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive to support student counseling, outreach, and enrollment growth in Bengaluru. The role combines business development with student guidance, requiring strong communication, active field engagement, and a focus on meeting targets.
What the role involves
- Engage with prospective students and explain training offerings in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Support outreach activities to generate interest and convert leads into enrollments.
- Provide counseling to help students choose suitable courses and learning paths.
- Work toward assigned business targets and enrollment goals.
- Carry out field-based work as part of the outreach and acquisition process.
Who can apply
Candidates with a B.Tech/B.E., B.B.A./B.M.S., B.C.A., B.Ed., B.Sc., B.A., or B.Com. in any specialization are eligible to apply.
Compensation
The compensation offered is in the range of INR 1,20,000 to INR 2,40,000 per year.

This opportunity is based in Bengaluru, India and is intended as a 2-year contract role.
