About the Company
The Perfect Choice is a UAE-based manpower solutions firm that sources skilled talent from the Philippines, Nepal, India, and Myanmar. The business is focused on expanding its client reach and strengthening its presence in the UAE market.
Role Summary
This position is strictly for professionals who have hands-on experience in the UAE manpower industry. Candidates without a background in manpower sales, recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing within the UAE will not be shortlisted.
The company is looking for a seasoned business development professional with a strong grasp of the UAE manpower outsourcing landscape and a demonstrated ability to win new business in manpower supply or recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new customers across sectors that require manpower solutions.
- Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Support business expansion through outreach, sales presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Research target markets, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Maintain CRM updates, monitor sales activity, and share regular progress reports with management.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure clients are onboarded efficiently and receive a smooth service experience.
- Partner with the admin and PRO teams to complete onboarding documentation and service requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of UAE experience in manpower, recruitment, or staffing sales is mandatory.
- Proven success in bringing in clients for manpower supply, workforce outsourcing, staffing, or similar services.
- Access to an established network of business decision-makers in the UAE will be a strong advantage.
- This is not a broad-based sales position; prior sales experience in manpower, staffing, recruitment, or workforce services in the UAE is essential.
