Role overview

The restaurant is seeking a Bartender who enjoys making quality drinks and delivering a standout guest experience. This position suits someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable working in a busy environment where service speed and consistency matter.

What you will do

• Prepare a wide range of beverages quickly and accurately while maintaining high standards for quality and consistency.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests in a warm, approachable, and professional way.
• Partner closely with the front-of-house team to keep service smooth and communication clear during peak periods.
• Keep the bar area clean, orderly, stocked, and ready for service throughout the shift.
• Stay informed about the beverage list and daily offerings, and suggest drinks that match guest tastes.
• Serve alcohol responsibly by watching for safe consumption and following all legal requirements.
• Process guest payments correctly and manage the cash drawer with accuracy.
• Contribute ideas for new cocktail specials and drink creations alongside bar leadership and the team.

Experience and fit

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of bartending experience, preferably in a busy restaurant or bar. You should be confident speaking with guests, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and able to stay composed when the pace picks up. A genuine interest in mixology and a strong guest-service mindset are important.
