  • Follow up on maintenance issues and work requests.
  • Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, counseling, discipline, and employee motivation.
  • Serve as a role model and first contact for fair treatment or open-door concerns.
  • Comply with all safety, security, and company policies and procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to the manager.
  • Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal presentation.
  • Protect confidential information and safeguard company assets.
  • Welcome guests, respond to their needs, and assist guests with disabilities where needed.
  • Communicate professionally and build strong working relationships across the team.
  • Support departmental goals by improving efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, and cost control.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors.

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods and work a full shift.
  • Physical capability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Comfort with manual handling tasks, including grasping and manipulating objects of different sizes and weights.
  • Ability to work in confined, narrow, elevated, and stair-accessed spaces.
