What you will do
- Deliver friendly in-branch service and assist customers with their banking needs.
- Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Help with account enquiries and basic digital banking support.
- Keep records accurate and follow bank policies, procedures, security, and compliance requirements.
- Look for practical ways to improve service quality and efficiency.

Working hours
This role is scheduled for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a total of 24 hours per week.
