Bakery Team Member

Overview

Cornish Bakery is looking for a Team Member to join its Lyme Regis bakery. The role is part of a business that aims to make hospitality better for everyone and places strong importance on people, community and high-quality food and drink. Full-time and part-time hours are available.

The bakery’s purpose is to nourish people, and the team is encouraged to keep things simple, be authentic and aim high. This opportunity is suitable for someone who enjoys excellent service and takes pride in freshly prepared, award-winning food.

What you will do

• Prepare coffee to a high standard, including specialist drinks.
• Provide friendly and excellent service to every customer.
• Help make freshly prepared food to the bakery’s quality standards.
• Keep the bakery clean, organised and maintained to a high standard.
• Work as part of a team that is focused on continuous improvement and high performance.

Training and culture

Full training will be provided. The company wants team members to feel able to be themselves while working in a supportive environment with a shared focus on quality and service.
