Role Purpose

This evening-based role supports the smooth running of the nightfill operation, helping ensure shelves are well presented, stock is available, and recovery and merchandising happen with minimal disruption to shoppers. The position works closely with the Availability Manager and plays an important part in delivering the Managers Trading Plan and leading the Fill Teams.

Working Hours

• Sunday to Thursday, 7:00pm to 3:30am

Key Responsibilities

The Availability 2IC provides support across presentation, merchandising, replenishment, and recovery tasks. The role is focused on completing work within tight timeframes so the store remains fully stocked and visually appealing. It also involves supporting stock availability, helping implement the trading plan, and assisting with the coordination of fill teams.
