Audit Consultant

Overview

Deloitte is seeking an Audit Consultant for its Pristina, Kosovo office. The role suits someone with a strong background in accounting, finance, or related disciplines, and offers the chance to work on assurance and testing work across a varied client portfolio.

Profile sought

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Mathematics, or a similar field, along with at least two years of experience in audit or accounting. A solid academic or professional grounding in Economics and Finance is important, as is the ability to work confidently with complex assignments and a sense of urgency.

Role summary

In this position, you will apply your analytical skills to review client financial statements, transactions, and internal controls. You will collaborate with engagement teams and managers, contribute to assurance procedures, and benefit from structured training as you take on more aspects of audit engagements.

What you will do

• Review financial data, transactions, and control processes while supporting assurance and testing work across different industries.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, align your work with stakeholder expectations, and help strengthen team results through accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build effective working relationships, communicate clearly, and look for opportunities to grow while bringing fresh ideas and practical insights.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and mentoring support to the team when needed.

Additional information

Relevant professional certification, such as ACCA or SCAAK, is considered an advantage, including if the qualification is currently in progress. English fluency is required, and knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
