Role Overview
The Assistant Manager position is a key part of the operation. As you develop into a leadership role, you will receive practical training in product quality, sanitation practices, interviewing, and hiring. The job also builds the ability to manage busy periods effectively and strengthen the team through day-to-day leadership.
What You Will Do
- Support the team in maintaining product quality standards.
- Help uphold sanitation and cleanliness procedures.
- Learn and assist with interviewing and hiring tasks.
- Develop the leadership skills needed to guide and support team members.
- Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Handle peak rush periods while keeping operations running smoothly.
