Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong GIS specialist who can support the rollout, maintenance, and issue resolution of ArcGIS Enterprise. The role involves close coordination with IT and development teams to keep the geospatial environment integrated, stable, and effective. A solid academic foundation in computer science or a related discipline, along with hands-on experience in GIS tools and platforms, is important for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, tune, and support the full ArcGIS Enterprise stack, including Portal, Server, Data Store, and Web Adaptor, while keeping performance and uptime at a high level.
• Diagnose and fix complex technical problems in partnership with the right teams, especially those related to publishing, services, SSO, certificates, networking, and platform performance.
• Work with IT teams to administer server settings, networking, firewall rules, WAF configurations, cloud systems, and security controls.
• Assist with foundational GIS development tasks such as REST APIs, web maps, custom applications, and system integrations to improve functionality and user experience.
• Handle support requests, keep clear documentation, and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure a reliable GIS service for users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or GIS.
• Strong understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and its core components.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, networking fundamentals, and API basics.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues spanning GIS, infrastructure, and application layers.
• Clear communication and strong documentation abilities.

This position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time onsite role.
