Job Purpose

This role is responsible for handling domestic logistics activities end to end, including NFA preparation, costing and analysis, transportation coordination, and processing transporter invoices. The position supports smooth and timely documentation, improves transport efficiency through tracking and vehicle auctioning, and protects financial accuracy through proper invoice reconciliation. It also involves preparing vehicle movement reports that help guide operational decisions and strengthen logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities

NFA management: Ensure domestic NFA documents and service order files are prepared correctly and on time in coordination with the required teams.

Costing and analysis: Maintain monthly costing sheets and reports, and use the data to support management decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Transport management: Handle the transport auction process and apply vehicle tracking methods to improve logistics execution.

Transporter invoice processing: Verify and process transporter bills within a 30-day credit cycle, while also performing regular account statement reconciliation.

DTA DSR and vehicle tracking: Record daily vehicle movements and create tracking reports for the sales team to improve visibility and performance review.

Stakeholder Management

Internal stakeholders: Lead - Exports, Domestic; Warehouse Team; Distribution Team; Customer Service.

External stakeholders: Domestic Carriers; Third-Party Logistics Providers; Local Suppliers; Retail Partners.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Experience

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in domestic logistics or distribution, with practical exposure to warehouse operations and transport coordination.
