Role Summary
The Area Leader is a full-time, on-site position responsible for guiding several store locations and keeping performance consistent across the area. This person will oversee daily operations, review sales performance, and put actions in place to meet revenue and profitability goals. The role also includes team coaching, hiring support, onboarding assistance, brand compliance, inventory oversight, cost management, and quick resolution of customer or operational concerns.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with ownership or senior leadership to carry out promotions, share field insights, and support ongoing improvements across all locations. You will help build a positive, inclusive workplace, train team members, and reinforce company standards while ensuring each store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to analyze sales and operational data and use it to guide decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with staff, customers, and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to improve sales through upselling, guest engagement, and local marketing efforts.
- Experience in coaching, hands-on training, and developing employees for growth and promotion.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and handle conflicts in a practical, fair way.
- Prior multi-location or store management experience, ideally in food service, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong organization, reliability, and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and standard office software; bilingual English and Spanish skills are an advantage.
