Role Overview
SCDA is looking for an experienced Architectural 3D Designer to join its Singapore studio. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with architectural understanding and advanced rendering ability, capable of turning ideas into engaging visuals and immersive spatial narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create polished architectural visuals, renderings, and presentation assets at different phases of the design process.
- Work in close coordination with architects and other design team members to assist design development and clearly express project direction.
- Convert conceptual ideas into visually strong and technically accurate presentations.
- Develop atmospheric, photoreal images that align with SCDA’s design approach, spatial sensitivity, and attention to fine detail.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and punctual delivery across multiple projects and overlapping deadlines.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an architectural design studio.
- Strong command of architectural visualization, including composition, lighting, and material presentation.
- Working knowledge of D5 Render, 3ds Max, and Rhino is mandatory.
- Experience with V-Ray, Corona, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio that shows advanced rendering skills, visual narrative ability, and design sensitivity.
- An excellent sense of atmosphere, detail, spatial quality, and architectural composition.
