Role overview
This role is responsible for steering and improving service operations across the APAC region. The focus is on delivering strong execution, efficient processes, and reliable compliance while supporting the company’s YELLOW mindset.
You will convert global direction into practical regional action, helping improve performance across different markets and supporting long-term business growth.
The position involves planning and overseeing day-to-day activities across service workshop sites, with attention to staffing and resource allocation, cost control, QSHE, supply chain management, Lean practices, and operational performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen operational performance across several service workshop locations in APAC.
- Adapt global strategies into workable local execution with consistency and efficiency.
- Lead ongoing improvement efforts using Lean methods and process engineering tools.
- Improve and implement global strategy while supporting regional supply chain and inventory management to boost performance and reduce costs.
- Maintain QSHE compliance and reinforce service standards throughout the region.
- Develop local teams and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive the creation of branch concept ideas.
What you need to succeed
- Proven leadership background in operations or a service-related environment.
- Experience managing operations across multiple countries or a wider region.
- Good working knowledge of Lean, process improvement, and supply chain management.
- Strong ability to analyze situations, plan effectively, and solve problems.
- Comfort working in matrix structures and multicultural teams.
- Readiness to travel and work across APAC.
