What you will do

• Interpret business, regulatory, and compliance needs and convert them into scalable technical designs powered by AI.
• Shape data architectures that support AI and NLP use cases across data lake and data warehouse environments, including ingestion, curation, and governance of both structured and unstructured data.
• Turn business problems into NLP-led analytics use cases such as text classification, entity extraction, risk signal detection, and summarization of alerts, cases, and documents.
• Define logical data layers and curation approaches that support reporting, analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
• Prepare detailed effort estimates for projects, enhancements, and change requests to support delivery planning and resourcing.
• Explain technical, architectural, and AI concepts clearly to business stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Review and sign off on test strategies, functional test cases, and data validation methods so they align with business and technical expectations.
• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure solutions are feasible end to end and remain consistent.
• Help maintain solution governance by supporting compliance, data quality, and architectural standards across AI and analytics programs.
• Spot opportunities to improve business processes through AI/NLP-driven insights and automation.
• Lead requirement-gathering discussions and stakeholder workshops to align scope and expectations.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in AI systems analysis, data architecture, analytics, or a similar field.
• Strong background in designing data architectures for data lake and data warehouse environments.
• Practical experience building NLP and AI use cases such as text classification, categorization, named entity extraction, risk indicator identification, and summarization of documents, alerts, or cases.
• Solid ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience with effort estimation, project scoping, and planning delivery for technical work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex AI and technical topics for non-technical audiences.
• Experience reviewing test strategies, functional test cases, and data validation frameworks.
• Good understanding of enterprise data platforms and end-to-end data lifecycle management.
• Ability to define data layering and curation strategies that support AI, analytics, and reporting.
• Prior experience in regulated environments such as banking or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Strong awareness of governance, risk management, and compliance requirements for data and AI systems.
• Experience handling unstructured data and large-scale enterprise data processing systems.
• Familiarity with production or enterprise deployments of AI/NLP-based analytics solutions.
