Role overview
This position sits within a major asset management organization that is actively investing in innovation across investing, operations, and client service. As the business advances its digital transformation plans, it is looking for an AI adoption specialist who can strengthen digital capability and encourage wider use of modern tools across the company.

What you will do
You will create and roll out initiatives that build digital literacy, increase uptake of tools, and promote data-led working practices across investment, operations, risk, compliance, and client-facing teams.
You will work closely with business leaders, HR, technology, and learning teams to spot skill gaps, map learning journeys, and make digital best practices part of everyday work.
You will also lead organization-wide programs that support the use of productivity software, collaboration systems, analytics tools, and new technologies, helping digital fluency become a key driver of performance.
Success will be measured through clear outcomes such as adoption levels, productivity improvement, and progress in employee capability.
Candidate profile
The company is seeking a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in digital enablement, change management, learning and development, or technology adoption, ideally within financial services.
Experience in asset management, banking, or another regulated environment would be especially valuable.
You should bring strong commercial awareness, solid stakeholder management ability, and the skill to turn digital strategy into practical, scalable initiatives.
A strong grasp of modern workplace technology, data literacy frameworks, and digital operating models is important, along with a demonstrated ability to influence behavior change and drive adoption across a large organization.
