Role overview

This role is for an experienced Agile Coach who can guide teams, leaders, and delivery stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation in a complex enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, and delivery teams in applying Agile values, frameworks, and working practices.
• Guide teams through the adoption of Agile using approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and blended Agile-Waterfall models.
• Lead Agile transformation efforts across teams, programs, and portfolio-level work.
• Assess Agile maturity and turn findings into practical improvement plans.
• Coach teams to improve delivery speed, predictability, product quality, and collaboration across functions.
• Run Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives when needed.
• Spot delivery blockers and organizational constraints, then help remove them.
• Encourage continuous improvement and help teams evolve into self-directed, high-performing groups.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.

Preferred certifications

• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ACC and/or ICP-ATF)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or an equivalent Agile credential

Experience and skill requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in IT, software delivery, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 5–7 years working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Transformation specialist.
• Proven capability in driving enterprise-level Agile change programs.
• Practical exposure to scaled Agile frameworks, DevSecOps, and delivery automation methods.
• Strong command of Agile approaches including SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, and Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD).
• Ability to measure Agile outcomes using performance metrics, OKRs, and value delivery indicators.
• Demonstrated skill in influencing stakeholders and coaching leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Capacity to connect business goals with technology initiatives to support successful transformation.

Preferred background

• Prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
• Comfort adapting Agile methods to fit the organization’s context rather than applying them rigidly.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities, with experience leading workshops, training sessions, or keynote-style talks.
