- Manage transfer certificates, passports, visas, and coordination with government relations where required.
- Oversee the admissions inbox and both physical and digital filing systems to keep documents easy to retrieve and securely archived.
- Update CRM and SIS systems daily to maintain accurate data and support pipeline reporting.
- Support open days, information sessions, and outreach activities with feeder schools.
- Provide administrative assistance during busy periods such as exams, orientation, and data transfers.

- Respectful of cultural differences and strong in interpersonal communication.
- Well organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
Reporting and Collaboration

- Improving conversion from enquiry to application and from application to enrolment.
- Maintaining accurate records and passing compliance audits.
- Achieving strong parent satisfaction feedback.
- Attending and supporting admissions events consistently.
Employment Terms
- This is a full-time, on-site position with flexibility needed for assessment days and events.
- A valid UAE work permit is required, along with background and child protection clearance.
