Nord Anglia International School Dubai is seeking an Admissions Manager to lead and improve the full admissions journey. The role sits within a high-performing, purpose-built international school community in Dubai and focuses on attracting, converting, and retaining families while ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every prospective parent.

Key responsibilities

You will oversee the admissions function for the school, work across departments to reflect the school’s values and offerings, and support enrolment targets through effective planning, leadership, and stakeholder coordination. The role also involves improving how prospective families are engaged, supported, and converted throughout the application process.

What success in the role looks like

The Admissions Manager is expected to use data and insight to shape the admissions plan, strengthen retention and enrolment performance, and maintain a strong experience for prospective families aligned with the NAE Family Experience. You will lead the admissions team, ensure the process is efficient and professional, and work closely with academic and support teams so that admissions, finance-related processes, and operating methods remain aligned with school and group guidelines.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reliable reporting, working with the DAM and the wider Marketing and Communications team to make effective use of Salesforce CRM data. In addition, you will help ensure that admissions policies are managed in line with compliance requirements and best practice.

About you

The ideal candidate will be highly customer-focused and able to make families feel supported and valued throughout the admissions journey. You should be organised, confident managing multiple applications and deadlines, and highly attentive to detail so that interviews, paperwork, and communication are handled seamlessly.

You will need experience with admissions and CRM systems, along with a solid understanding of school admissions processes and the factors that shape parent and student choice. Strong knowledge of local and international education trends, as well as the school’s curriculum offering, is important. The role also requires proven leadership ability, strong coaching skills, and the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and turn data into practical action.

Selection process and timeline

The application closing date is 3 July 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interviews, which are scheduled to take place in December at Nord Anglia International School Dubai.

This is a full-time position with a planned start date of 1 August 2026. The start date may be pushed back depending on the successful candidate’s notice period, and the organisation welcomes early applications.
