Overview

Moelis & Company is looking for an administrative professional who is motivated by a high-performance culture and enjoys working in a dynamic environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Reception Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors politely and professionally.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk and reception space.
  • Prepare drinks and refreshments for guests.
  • Retrieve incoming mail from the P.O. Box and route it to the appropriate recipients.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, direct them to the correct contact, or record messages and pass them on.
  • Track and replenish pantry items and general office supplies.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with client-related activities and day-to-day needs in a proactive way, including handling messages, sharing information, resolving simple questions, greeting visitors, and supporting client events.
  • Keep calendars organized, coordinate schedules, book meeting rooms, and arrange conference calls.
  • Maintain client contact records and manage bankers’ inboxes.
  • Copy, scan, and organize documents as needed.
  • Arrange business travel for domestic and international trips, including flights, ground transport, accommodation, entertainment, itineraries, and visa support.
  • Use Concur to process and monitor expenses, help ensure timely payment, and reconcile expenses against the AMEX statement.
  • Support the Office Manager and/or bankers with additional tasks or special projects as assigned.
