About the Role
This position supports the smooth day-to-day running of a growing organization by handling office coordination, record management, and routine communication tasks. The role is suited to someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to start a long-term career in administration. You will work closely with managers and team members to keep operations efficient and the workplace running professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Assist managers, departments, and other staff with everyday administrative needs.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional way.
- Keep paper and digital files, records, and documents well organized and up to date.
- Support data entry, report preparation, document creation, and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and calendar schedules.
- Draft and share internal notices and office documents.
- Help manage office supplies, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Take on special assignments and other duties as directed by management.

- Clear spoken and written communication.
