Role Overview

The company is looking for a well-organized and proactive Accounts & Administration Executive to oversee finance, administration, HR coordination, and executive support tasks. This position suits someone who takes initiative, adapts well in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable contributing to the growth of a developing organization.

Accounting & Finance

  • Keep accounting books and company records updated.
  • Handle payables and receivables.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims.
  • Match bank statements against company accounts and resolve differences.
  • Support VAT submissions and financial reporting tasks.
  • Work with external auditors and accountants as needed.
  • Track company spending and cash flow.

Administration & HR Support

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and operational support.
  • Maintain company files, licenses, and compliance-related documents.
  • Coordinate employee joining and exit procedures.
  • Assist with visa processing, labour contracts, renewals, cancellations, and other government paperwork.
  • Communicate with Tasheel, MOHRE, immigration departments, and related authorities whenever needed.
  • Support hiring and HR administration activities.

Executive & Business Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership.
  • Help with documentation, reporting, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining records for the owner’s personal investments and business interests.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Safeguard sensitive financial and business information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

Applicants should have at least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE. Experience in real estate will be an added advantage. The role requires good knowledge of UAE VAT rules and accounting practices, along with familiarity with visa, labour, and government procedures. Salary & Benefits
