• About 3 to 5 years of experience handling media or advertising accounts.
• Practical ownership of day-to-day delivery, including briefs, timelines, budgets, trafficking, and reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of digital media channels such as programmatic, paid social, and search, along with campaign execution.
• Comfort working with performance data, pacing, and client-facing reporting.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts without losing quality.
• Confidence in client communication and reliable follow-through that builds trust.
• Interest in stepping up into a more advanced account management role, rather than starting from scratch.
