Role overview
We are looking for an Account Manager to drive sales of software and hardware solutions in the public safety and industrial security sectors. The role is based in Garching b. Muenchen, Germany, and follows a hybrid workplace model.

What you will do
- Sell software and hardware offerings to customers in the BOS (authorities and organizations with security responsibilities) and industrial security segments.
- Win new business and expand into additional market segments, with a strong focus on communications systems for BOS and industrial control centers.
- Grow existing accounts by building long-term customer relationships and advising on new solution components.
- Develop strong networks with solution partners and create joint sales strategies for specific projects.
- Prepare and price proposals together with the project team.
- Manage complex bids and support the full bid management process.
- Handle sales planning and prepare reporting for sales leadership.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate has a completed degree in a technical or business-related field, or an equivalent qualification, along with several years of experience in sales or a sales-adjacent role. Experience in direct customer interaction and consulting is important, and knowledge of the BOS and/or industrial security market, especially communications systems such as digital radio and wired/wireless dispatch systems for control centers, is a strong advantage.
You should enjoy consultative selling and be able to think strategically to design tailored solutions based on the company’s products. Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and confidence in influencing others are essential. Good written and spoken German and English are required, and the role also calls for a high willingness to travel.
