The Role

We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Account Executive to join our expanding sales team, focusing on the EMEA region. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual with several years of sales experience, potentially as an SDR or junior AE, who is ready to transition into a full-cycle Account Executive role. The successful candidate will manage the EMEA book of business, collaborating with the existing representative for a smooth territory transition and knowledge sharing. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Digify products to Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB), mid-market, and occasionally enterprise-level clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers through phone and video calls.
  • Effectively qualify leads and understand customer requirements, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse business cultures, languages, and purchasing contexts across EMEA.
  • Act as a consultant, recommending suitable solutions and conducting product demonstrations as needed.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product and marketing departments.
  • Manage and prioritize inbound leads from various sources, including trial signups, general inquiries, and RFP/quote requests, based on fit and urgency.
  • Execute efficient deal follow-ups, utilizing recorded calls for email correspondence, mutual action plans, and deal reviews.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM (Hubspot) and report on trends, objections, competitive intelligence, and other key metrics to the team.
  • Employ a structured methodology (MEDDPICC & BANT) for deal qualification and progress communication.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in selling SaaS or cloud software solutions.
  • Proficiency in selling across diverse international markets, with an understanding of data protection concerns relevant to our client base.
  • Excellent sales qualification capabilities.
  • Ability to articulate and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in additional European languages, such as German or French, is advantageous.
  • A proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Skill in educating prospects while simultaneously driving the sales process.
  • Disciplined approach to managing sales cycles, balancing inbound lead follow-up with proactive pipeline development, demo delivery, and closing deals.
  • Consistent and active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for call preparation, research, prospecting, follow-ups, and CRM data entry.
